Our Enterprise Network Operating Center (ENOC) is fully equipped with modern equipments to enable us monitor all our network nodes around the clock and support in resolving majority of customer issues remotely. The ENOC team is headed by a manager who has over 10 years of extensive experience in deploying and managing MPLS infrastructure across the country. And this experience comes in handy to ensuring that all our customers are given the best of service available in the market at all times.
Our field support team comes in handy with people equipped with the right skills and equipments to move to any location and identify and fix any network issue to ensure the customers service us brought back to life in the shortest possible time.
